Returns Policy

All personalized Lego bricks are not able to be returned once produced. If you made an error when ordering please contact us immediately, we may be able to hold production on your order. Due to the customization nature of our products once your personalization is added to the item it cannot be undone or reused. If for some reason there is a mistake with your order please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to rectify the issue. If the issue is of our error then we will absolutely get the problem corrected, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package and send pictures of the error so we can process your request as soon as possible.  

Artwork Requirements 

To avoid delays in processing your order please provide the highest quality file of your personalization that you can. If you are submitting a photo please send the highest resolution possible for the best results. For logos a vector file is preferred, but we can use a high resolution .jpg if that is all you have.  Please know that we can only print to the quality of the file that you provide us. If we catch an issue with your file we will do our best to contact you prior to printing your item. In some cases we may not know or recognize an issue as each photo and image is different. Brickyourpic.com is not responsible for poor quality print due to a low quality file. 

Shipping

All items purchased at brickyourpic.com include FREE shipping. This shipping service is either USPS or UPS ground. You have the option to upgrade your shipping service if you would like. If you are in a hurry for your order please contact us prior to ordering and we can advise on the best option to choose.

*please know that shipping times can only be estimated and we cannot guarantee shipping times. Once your items leaves our print shop it is in the hands of the carrier. During peak holiday season many carriers delay service, please plan ahead to avoid not getting your awesome personalized products in time.
